OK, what in the world is RuGeSi? Russian Germanium Silicon. Yep, that’s it. As we find Russian semiconductors (Diodes, Transistors, Integrated Circuits) that we like, we look for datasheets. They are not that easy to find (harder so in English), so this page will be a collection of the datasheets and our best attempt at translating them into English and Spanish. Enjoy!
